Privacy policy

1. Who is responsible

Novendo runs Sixline and is responsible for your personal data, in line with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law 151 of 2020).

2. What we collect

Account: your name, email and password (the password is stored only in scrambled form by our sign in provider).

Profile: your role, where you work, country and city.

Workspace data: teams, players (names, numbers, positions), matches and match events that you or your club record.

Devices: the browser and system of each signed in device and when it was last active, to apply the two device limit.

Payments, when online payment starts: handled by the payment provider. We never store card numbers.

3. Why we use it

To run Sixline for you, keep accounts secure, answer support requests, improve the service with statistics that do not identify anyone, and meet legal duties. We do not sell your data and show no ads.

4. Who can see it

People in your workspace, each according to their role. Public links show only the score, goals, cards and similar match facts, never notes. Our hosting and database providers process data for us under contract.

When you press the match story button, the match numbers (including player numbers and first names) are sent to an AI provider to write the text. Nothing is sent if you do not use it.

5. Players and minors

Clubs and coaches who record players are responsible for having their consent, or their parents' consent for minors. A player or parent can ask the club or us to correct or delete their data.

6. Where and how long

Data is kept on secure cloud servers, which may be outside Egypt. We keep it while your account is active. Deleting your account deletes your data; a deleted workspace is kept 30 days so it can be restored, then removed. Backups are removed within a short period after that.

7. Your rights

You can see and correct your data in the app, delete your account from your account page, and ask us for a copy of your data or to stop a use you object to.

8. Cookies and storage

We use only what Sixline needs to work: staying signed in, your language and your theme. No advertising trackers.

9. Security

Data is separated per workspace and checked in the database on every request, connections are encrypted, and the platform admin needs two step sign in.

10. Changes and contact
